R.A. Smith National, Brookfield, WI, is providing site engineering to Ryan Companies US, Inc., for a new, 130,000-square-foot Target store at the Prairie Lakes mixed-use development in Sun Prairie, WI.
R.A. Smith National is also providing surveying, site planning, sitework engineering, traffic analysis, and landscape architectural services to Prairie Development, Ltd. forthe entire 110-acre Prairie Lakesdevelopment.
The scope of services includes construction plans for stormwater management, mass grading, existing-roadway improvements, and two new public roads.
