The Pitbull 2300B portable screening plant has no conveyors and features a smaller frame than the 2300. As a result of the reduced size and weight, the unit has a smaller hydraulic system and a 21.5-horsepower Honda two-cylinder air-cooled gas engine rather than the four-cylinder diesel engine on the 2300.
An anti-spill loading apron accepts as much as 3 cubic yards of material at a time. Dump height is 8 feet, 4.5 inches, allowing operators to load it without ramps. The 7,300-pound machine can be towed by a class 3 truck.
The screener has an upper and lower screening deck, each with more than 41 square feet of screening area.
