Fayat Finalizes LeeBoy Deal

Fayat Group has finalized its acquisition of LeeBoy from ST Engineering. The move “significantly expands” Fayat’s Road Equipment Division’s equipment offerings, according to the company.

LeeBoy will continue to operate autonomously, under the continued leadership of its current management team. The LeeBoy brand will also be preserved. In a statement, Fayat pledged “to support LeeBoy’s management team with both short- and long-term investments to further strengthen its market position and reinforce its commitment to outstanding customer support.”
In addition to asphalt pavers, LeeBoy manufactures motor graders and road maintenance equipment.
The Road Equipment Division includes BOMAG, Dynapac, Asphalt Drum Mixers (ADM), Ravo, Scarab, Dulevo, Charlatte and, most recently, Mecalac.
