NPK Construction has purchased Genesis Attachments LLC (U.S.), Genesis Holdings (Germany), and Genesis GmbH (Germany).
Genesis was founded in 1997 and is based in Superior, Wisconsin. Genesis GmbH was founded in 2002 as the European licensee and exclusive sales partner of Genesis Attachments LLC. The manufacturing facility in Superior, Wisconsin has 117 employees while their counterparts in Europe have an additional 15. Since Genesis has had proven success in the market, NPK will not make changes to its business model.
