New Line of Pipe Bursters Added

Ditch Witch entered the pipe-bursting market with its line of static pipe-bursting systems. Three models are in the line: PR50, PR75, and PR95 have 50, 75, or 95 tons of pullback force, respectively. Systems are designed to fracture or cut most types of existing pipe (water, sewer or utility) and pull in new pipe. They can replace pipe with outside diameters ranging from 4 to 16 inches. Load-sensing hydraulics allow the unit to automatically downshift under load, and allows for higher speed during makeup and break out, the company says.
