The NTC55 55-ton boom truck features the compact outrigger configuration of a truck crane, but can also extend its outriggers for greater reach and capacity. The crane can be setup with a reduced 20-foot outrigger span and can extend its outriggers fully to 24 feet.
It has a standard hydraulically self-removable counterweight system that consists of one 3,000-pound counterweight slab and two 1,250-pound counterweights. Two jib options are available: a 26-foot fixed-length, offsettable jib; and a two-section, manually telescopic offsettable jib that can be adjusted from 26 to 45 feet.
