The National 1300H-Series boom trucks are rated at 30 tons capacity and are the largest National cranes that can mounted on a three-axle truck. A four-section boom is available in 69-, 100-, or 110-foot lengths. The new series features the company's "Easy Reach" control console, which can be unlatched and used in either the transport or operating positions.

According to National, the H1300 Series is the only stand-up-control crane with pilot hydraulics, and the machine's hydraulic-system components have been designed and positioned for easy service accessibility. The cranes are designed with CAN-Bus electronics, a graphic load-moment indicator and dual H-style outriggers.
