Midland Radio

The Vehicle Repeater mounts to the chassis of Titan mobile radios without external cables or add-ons. A portable transmission is received and then retransmitted by the mobile at that unit's power level, which could be as high as 110 watts. A user can potentially communicate with another person on the system from over 40 miles away. The repeater retransmits incoming messages at 1 watt, allowing a portable user to stay in communication with the base station from over 1 mile away from the vehicle, depending on conditions.
