Collinsville, Ill.— Contegra Construction Co. is building Eastport Tech Center II, a speculative office/warehouse/service center at Eastport Plaza business center in Collinsville, Ill. Located at 1605 Eastport Dr., the 47,000-square-foot facility is being developed by St. Louis-based Maune Development Co. The project is scheduled for completion in September.
Designed by St. Louis-based Gray Design Group, Eastport Tech Center II will feature a blend of neutral painted tilt-up concrete panels over a load-bearing conventional steel frame. Gray tinted windows will adorn the front of the structure. A white thermoplastic polyolefin roof will provide added energy efficiency.
As a new generation office/distribution facility/service center, the building will have bays divisible to 4,600 square feet, rear-loading warehouse space, docks and drive-in door availability, 18-foot clear ceilings, and an ordinary hazard wet sprinkler system.
