Manitou MTA 12055 Series III Telehandler

The Series III Manitou MTA 12055 telehandler has the heaviest capacity in the company’s lineup: 12,000 pounds. It lifts 5,500 pounds to its full extension of 55 feet 5 inches. Operating weight is 31,840 pounds.

Turning radius is 12 feet 2 inches, and a single joystick control handles both boom extension and retraction, as well as attachment tilt, auxiliary hydraulics, and travel direction.

Powered by a 120-horsepower Cummins engine and four-speed powershift transmission, the telehandler can travel to 22.8 mph. It has a side-mounted engine and high boom mount for operator visibility and service access. Additional features include a maximum forward reach of 40 feet 9 inches and standard four-wheel drive, frame leveling, auxiliary hydraulics and self-leveling forks.
