Lincoln Electric Vantage 400 Welder/Generator

The Vantage 400 from Lincoln Electric is said to be one of the most compact 400-amp welder/generators in the construction market. The unit is housed in a corrosion-resistant, stainless-steel case. It has an 1,800-rpm water-cooled, 4-cylinder Perkins diesel engine powerful enough to do stick welding up to ¼-inch-diameter electrodes and CV wire welding with up to 3/32-inch wire diameter as well as gouging with up to 5/16-inch-diameter carbons.
