EnPak Mechanic Series power system integrates a diesel engine, air compressor, hydraulic pump and generator into a mechanic truck’s fuel and electrical supply, allowing full functionality with the truck engine turned off. This means workers can run the 27-horsepower EnPak instead of the 300-horsepower truck engine, which Miller says lowers overall fuel use up to 30 percent and reduces truck engine hours up to 60 percent. Miller also offers hydraulic tool control system, the EnPak HTC, that can power a hydraulic crane and a hydraulic power tool simultaneously.
