The Pitbull 2300 portable screener, says manufacturer Lake Erie Portable Screeners, can be towed virtually anywhere, be setup in minutes and screens dirt and debris with maximum productivity. The Pitbull 2300 features a 47-horsepower, Tier-4-I-compliant diesel engine, two-tier shaker table (with quick-change two-piece screens), hydraulic leveling system and adjustable-height stacking conveyor. Large screen areas have a deep loading apron that facilitates placing material with a wheel loader or excavator. A large conveyor under the shaker-table collection hopper transfers screenings to a 20-foot-long stacking conveyor that adjusts hydraulically from heights of 4.5 to 13 feet. For transport, a pintle hitch is standard, a gooseneck hitch optional. Street-legal trailer lighting, directional signals, electric brakes, and 17.5-inch radial tires are standard. Curb weight is 12,140 pounds and overall length is 34 feet, including conveyor. Options include a fifth-wheel trailer hitch, generator, air compressor and secondary chute for sorting two graded materials at once
