Kleeman EVO Series Mobile Crushers

MR 100 Z, MR 110 R, MR 130 R, and MR 130 Z make up the new EVO series mobile impact crusher plants from Kleeman. EVO concept includes refined componentry and a new material flow. Discharge chute under the crusher is 4 inches wider than the inner width of the crusher, and the subsequent discharge belt is another 4 inches wider. Material is transported quickly away from under the crusher, increasing flow rate and reducing wear. System widths of the feeder troughs and grizzly are improved, for improved flow through the crusher opening. Vibration of the pre-screen and vibrating feeder below the crusher have been improved. Together with the newly designed crusher bypass, the entire system has been relieved of load and a significant contribution has been made not only to increased performance, but long-term life of the EVO models.
