Kawasaki Prairie 700

Sept. 28, 2010

Prairie 700 4×4 replaces the Prairie 650 with more engine displacement and torque. It features selectable four-wheel drive with variable locking differential control and dual front disc brakes. Liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 90-degree V-twin engine displaces 697cc, and operators can select two- or four-wheel-drive operation with the flip of a switch. To assist in crawling over rocky terrain or descending steep hills, Kawasaki Engine Brake Control electronically monitors ground speed and uses the engine's compression to help slow the vehicle.
