AXCS Launches Self-Service Parts Portal for Rental Fleets and Contractors
Ordering parts shouldn’t feel like filing taxes. AXCS Equipment wants to skip all that drama. This week the company launched its new self-service Parts Portal, a mobile-friendly platform that lets customers find, order, and track replacement parts for both AXCS and legacy Hy-Brid Lifts machines from a single interface. The new AXCS Parts Portal is available right now and works on phones, tablets, and desktops. Users can access it from the office, the shop, or standing next to a machine that decided to break down today. From the press release:
“For too long, parts ordering in our industry has been slow, manual, and unnecessarily complicated,” said Eric Liner, CEO of AXCS Equipment. “We set out to change that. This portal is about giving our customers full control — fast, accurate, and on their terms.”
What the AXCS Parts Portal does
The AXCS Parts Portal combines parts identification, purchasing, shipping, and order tracking in one system. The standout feature in my opinion is serial-number searching. Instead of digging through generic catalogs, users enter their machine’s serial number and see only the parts that fit that specific lift. That’s pretty cool. Few things waste more time than ordering a part that kind’a fits.
The portal also includes:
Interactive SVG schematics: Detailed diagrams feature clickable bubbles on individual components, allowing users to rapidly identify and add items directly to their parts table with a single click.
Automatic part supersession: The system automatically identifies obsolete components and redirects users to the newest, most up-to-date replacement part available.
Real-time stock and pricing: Customers get immediate, live visibility into current inventory levels and accurate pricing before placing an order.
Flexible payment options: The portal accepts credit card payments for all customers, with streamlined Purchase Order (PO) processing available for approved accounts.
Live shipping rates and tracking: Customers receive real-time freight calculations during checkout and integrated logistics visibility so they know exactly when their parts will arrive.
Comprehensive account management: A centralized dashboard allows users to seamlessly manage past orders, account settings, and billing profiles.
The portal supports all current AXCS equipment as well as legacy Hy-Brid Lifts machines. Plenty of Hy-Brid units remain active in rental fleets, and owners still need easy access to parts. Since we’re on the subject…
From Hy-Brid Lifts to AXCS
The Parts Portal is the latest step in AXCS Equipment’s broader transformation. The company traces its recent evolution to 2023, when Turkish industrial conglomerate ASKO Holding acquired Hy-Brid Lifts. At the time, Hy-Brid had carved out a niche building lightweight scissor lifts designed for jobsites with strict floor-loading requirements. Those machines became popular in data centers, hospitals, schools, warehouses, and commercial interiors where heavy equipment could damage finished floors. ASKO saw an opportunity to expand beyond that niche.
In 2026, the company formally repositioned the business as AXCS Equipment, broadening its focus from lightweight aerial lifts to a larger portfolio spanning access equipment and material handling. The new brand keeps Hy-Brid’s emphasis on compact designs and low operating costs, but it adds new product categories and a wider global strategy.
Here is Liner earlier this year:
“AXCS means full access,” he said. “This bold new brand identity represents our evolution as we expand into a wider range of categories, offering a complete lineup of access equipment, including: vertical mast lifts, larger scissor lifts, articulated booms, and telehandlers. This expansion underscores our dedication to meeting your evolving needs with innovative, high-quality products designed for a broader spectrum of applications.”
In other words, AXCS wants to be more than a scissor-lift specialist. It wants a bigger seat at the rental table.
AXCS’s aerial work platform portfolio currently includes:
- PS-Series Micro Scissor Lifts: PS-1030 Micro, PS-1430 Micro, and PS-1930 Micro
- ZT-Series Zero-Turn Micro Scissor Lifts: ZT-1230 Micro and ZT-1630 Micro
- EL-Series Scissor Lifts: EL-2632e, EL-2645e, EL-3245e, EL-4045e, and EL-4555Xe
Coming soon:
Two new lightweight, high-capacity 20- and 26-foot micro scissor lift models engineered to minimize floor loading and maximize maneuverability and productivity in confined jobsite environments, delivering reliability and industry-leading return on investment.
Three new lightweight vertical mast lifts with 15-, 20-, and 25-foot platform heights, engineered for low floor loading, access in congested jobsite applications, simplified operation, and enhanced productivity.
Telehandlers push AXCS into material handling
The biggest expansion for AXCS may be material handling. The company recently introduced its TH-Series telehandlers, giving dealers and rental companies another product category under the AXCS banner.
Current models include:
- TH-842
- TH-944
- TH-1044
- TH-1056
- TH-1256
This reality makes the new Parts Portal more interesting
Launching new machines is exciting. Building the infrastructure to keep them running is harder and not as interesting. AXCS is betting customers care about both — and it would be correct. And this is just the beginning, says Liner.
"AXCS is more than just a new name — it’s a promise," he said. "A promise of full access: to quality, reliability, innovation, and the exceptional service you’ve come to expect from us. We’re excited to embark on this new chapter with you, our valued partners and customers.”
