Zachry Expands in Water Infrastructure with Crescent Purchase
Zachry Construction will acquire Crescent Constructors, which specializes in water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The move adds to Zachry’s portfolio of infrastructure services and positions to better serve one of the fastest-growing segments in the construction industry, water, according to the company.

Headquartered in Plano, Texas, Crescent brings more than 100 team members and a strong portfolio of water/wastewater treatment plant and lift station projects throughout North Texas. Crescent Constructors focuses exclusively on municipal and industrial water projects, developing deep experience in the design and construction of complex storage, reservoir, conveyance and treatment systems.
