Volvo N.A. sales jump 38% in Q3

Sales in the third quarter totaled about $700 million.

Sales of Volvo Construction Equipment grew 38% in the third quarter to about $698 million, up from $504 million in Q3 2022. Overall, net sales were about $2.2 billion in the third quarter, up slightly from 2022.

Growth in North America and stable sales in Europe provided “steady earnings” for the quarter, according to the company, although it suggested signs of a softening toward the end of the quarter. Service solutions grew in profitability, demonstrating their increased significance and Volvo CE’s continued focus on digitalization, according to the company.
