Trackunit telematics provider has launched an open, scalable forum for customers, partners, and the construction industry at large to collaborate on product updates and future deployments.
Product Portal users can select from a dropdown tab that corresponds to their needs and explore the product cards. Clicking on any card presents a description of the feature, the problem it will solve, the value it offers, and further details on use and operation.
Portal users can highlight how important a feature is to their needs and provide feedback as to its suitability and the problem it solves. This wealth of information is compiled and analyzed using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning techniques, allowing the Trackunit development team to combine this with feedback from other sources including customer success teams and user workshops.

The Product Portal represents a first for the construction industry as the new entry point for wide scale structured collaboration, according to the company. It provides direct access to the company’s innovation engine room with a transparent view of product roadmaps. The Product Portal creates the opportunity to share real-life user experiences, comments, and suggestions for planned, upcoming, and launched products in a user friendly and accessible user interface (UI).
