Man in Hard Hat Robs Bank
The Tampa Bay Times is reporting that a man wearing a hard hat and wearing a reflective safety vest robbed a St. Petersburg bank.
A security video still shows the man with his head completely covered and wearing sunglasses, revealing only a forehead.
