Grand Junction, CO— Delta Rigging & Tools, Lake Jackson, TX, a provider of wire rope, rigging and lifting equipment, has announced the acquisition of D&M Wire Rope, Grand Junction.

The acquisition of D&M establishes Delta as a provider of wire rope and rigging throughout Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. The acquisition is the seventh in the last three years by Delta Rigging.

The acquisition of D&M establishes Delta as a provider of wire rope and rigging throughout Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. The acquisition is the seventh in the last three years by Delta Rigging.

D&M Wire Rope specializes in the fabrication and distribution of chain, wire rope, wire rope slings, synthetic slings, and rigging hardware. D&M also has testing and certification capabilities for various types of rigging and lifting products. D&M employs 35 full-time employees, and all are expected to remain with the company.
