The Georgia Utility Contractors Association hosted its 2009 Winter Management Conference recently in Crested Butte, CO.
Representatives from across the state's utility construction industry attended the conference, which featured a variety of educational sessions and presentations.
Among the presenters were Craig Pate and Andrew Talman of Powell & Booth, PC, who addressed the group on "Current and Future Tax Issues."
The program also included a program by Mike Jones, H & H Insurance Services, Inc., who shared a presentation entitled "Advantages of Pollution Insurance."

Additionally, Tom Richelo, Schulten, Ward & Turner, LLP, provided the group with a lien law update.
The conference also featured a variety of recreational activities such as skiing and snowmobiling.
