NCA Awards $16,000 in Scholarships

Las Vegas— The Nevada Contractors Association recently awarded $16,000 in David Papadopulo Memorial scholarships to four students attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

The recipients are Whitney Thompson, Eduardo Arrendondo, Chanon Ruangjumrusvet, and Noe Santos. The junior and senior-level students are all Las Vegas residents pursuing construction-related careers. The scholarship program was created to honor David "Pappy" Papadopulo, a construction executive and industry leader, who died at age 38.
