Infrastructure Group Texas, LLC (IGT), a full-service civil and transportation engineering firm headquartered in Frisco, TX, was created by a group of four Texas engineering companies. Member firms Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc.; Costello, Inc.; Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc.; and Walter P Moore have strategically combined each firm’s capabilities, experience and resources to form a larger organization better equipped to reliably deliver large infrastructure projects throughout the state. This alliance is structured such that each firm retains its individual ownership and business operations, independent of IGT.
Speaking for the Board of Managers, Steve Costello stated, “We believe by joining the forces of these four firms, each with special core talents, that we can better serve a market sector of clients with special and large projects.”
IGT is fully equipped to provide alternative project delivery systems to airports, counties, departments of transportation, municipalities, regional mobility authorities, toll agencies, and utility companies. IGT represents more than 950 professionals in 15 offices throughout Texas including Amarillo, Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Frisco, Houston, Lubbock, Midland, and San Antonio.
