The new six-axle, 350-ton-capacity Grove GMK6300L-1 all-terrain crane from Manitowoc features enhanced load charts (compared with its predecessor, the GMK6300L), Tier 4-F engines in the carrier and superstructure, and improvements in structural strength that allow the new model to deliver increased capacity when working at height, with lift-capacity increases of up to 16 percent in the boom-length ranges of 226 to 263 feet.

Maximum tip height is 394 feet when working with the full 263-foot main boom and 121-foot jib. When working from the main boom, the GMK6300L-1 lifts up to 15.4 tons at full height and can handle this load within a 46-foot working radius. The GMK6300L-1uses a 580-horsepower Mercedes Benz engine in the carrier and a 280-horsepower Mercedes Benz engine in the superstructure.

The carrier uses an Allison torque converter transmission and features the Grove Megatrak suspension and all-wheel steering.
