According to Grasan, the company now offers track-mounted, primary crushing plants that are designed and built to the individual user’s requirements and specifications. “We’ll use any crusher — impactor or jaw — that the customer wants, and go from there,” says Grasan. The plant pictured uses a Hazemag 1515 APPH primary horizontal impact crusher, which has a 32-inch-cube maximum recommended feed size and an estimated production capacity of 700 tons per hour of shot limestone. Twin 200-horsepower electric motors drive the crusher. Other components include a Simplicity vibrating grizzly feeder with a 60-horsepower motor and a Simplicity single-deck scalping screen.
