Evan assembles bids for utilities, grading, and other heavy civil work. He oversees construction through completion to ensure it is on budget, on time, and meets the owner’s expectations.

Professional accomplishments: Won two AGC Build South Dakota Awards each of the past two years. One for the Woodstave Penstock Replacement for the City of Spearfish and another for the Robbinsdale Park Reconstruction.
Off the clock: Fly fishing and fly tying.
Extracurricular: Board member of the Black Hill FlyFishers, which exists to improve the quality of the fisheries in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
