John Deere PowerTech M 2.4L engines and PowerTech E 2.4L engines under 75 horsepower are EPA Interim-Tier-4 compliant in advance of emissions regulations. PowerTech M 2.4L engines feature two-valve cylinder heads, fixed-geometry turbochargers, mechanical unit-pump fuel systems, 500-hour oil changes and turbocharged aspiration. PowerTech E 2.4L engines feature full-authority electronic engine controls, two-valve cylinder heads, fixed-geometry turbochargers, 500-hour oil change intervals and air-to-air-aftercooled aspiration.
