Iveco Motors 6-cylinder, 24-valve diesel engines

The Cursor family of diesel engines offers 6-cylinder, 24-valve diesel engines that can be configured to meet any application, says the company. Horsepower ranges between 240 and 493, and the family is available in 8-, 10- and 13-liter versions. The engines have total electronic control to monitor operating conditions and provide information to the operator. Engine noise level is below 95 dB(A) at maximum power. Options include decompression exhaust brake, different shapes of lubrication oil sumps and flywheels for various transmission types. A horizontal version is also available.
