Danuser Stump Auger

The Danuser Stump Auger is a standard 2-inch hex auger attachment that planes away stumps without requiring large, specialized equipment.

A threaded pilot digs into the stump and large cutting blades then plane the stump away. The cutting blades are reversible for more cutting life. The product is available in 10- and 16-inch diameters. The 10-inch version can run on auger drives with 1,700 lb.-ft. or more of torque, and the 16-inch version can run on auger drives with 3,000 lb.-ft. or more of torque. Complete stump removal is achieved by overlapping planing locations.
