Eppstein Uhen Architects and Tri-North Builders have been recognized in a regional construction competition for the design and construction of PIKETechnologies’ new 40,000-square-foot world headquarters in Madison, WI.
The building team received an Award of Merit in the Industrial/Manufacturing category. The competition covered projects from Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Eastern Missouri.
The PIKE headquarters’ design evolved from a challenging site, and maximizes the features of an imposing municipal storm water pond and a steep slope to accomplish the owner’s goals.
