FlexiROC T15 R surface drill is a rubber-tired, four-wheel-drive unit for rough terrain. It drills 1- to 2-inch-diameter blastholes. It has a 2.4-Hz Bluetooth radio remote control for both tramming and drilling functions, which are powered by a 74-horsepower Tier 4-Final Cummins.
The 15-foot-long boom and 12-foot (3.66 m) extended feed have 110 degrees side-to-side reach. The boom has 360-degree rollover capability, and re-pinning the boom takes only minutes, according to the company.
Operating weight is 3.4 tons, and the drill can be equipped with a hydraulic, variable-force winch. Specially designed front support legs can also assist in downhill tramming.
