NEMSI was responsible for the design and installation of the complex HVAC systems for The Renaissance, a 16-story rental apartment/condo project. According to Dana Finnegan, president of NEMSI, the original plan called for 168 residential units, but the developer changed the plan — from all apartments to a combination of apartments and high-end condominiums — after the building's shell and much of the infrastructure were already in place.
