Volvo L60H, L70H Loaders Updated

H-Series 2.0 updates have been made to the L60H and L70H wheel loaders, giving the machines up to 25 percent greater fuel efficiency than predecessor models. A lock-up torque converter (optional on the L70H) lowers rpm and increases speed. Smart Control, Smooth Control, and Rim Pull Control functions are available.

Updates to the other medium-sized loader, the L90H, were announced earlier.

Tipping load has been increased by 1.7 percent for the L60H and 1.6 percent for the L70H. A redesigned loader arm enables increased payloads, and electro-servo hydraulic controls on the L70H feature adjustable sensitivity and allow operators to shift quickly between linear and single-lever controls, the company says.
