Deere's 7,600-pound 110 backhoe loader has a four-cylinder Yanmar diesel engine rated at 41 horsepower (net) and uses Deere's LoadMatch load-sensing drive system, similar to that in the company's hydrostatic crawlers. The 110's maximum digging depth is 10 feet 1 inch, and its backhoe boom reflects the Power Curve design of its larger Deere counterparts. The machine, in fact, is modeled directly from the larger model 310, which has a digging depth of 14 feet 3 inches, says Deere. The 110 features a construction-style front loader that accepts skid-steer attachments, and it can be equipped with an optional quick-coupler on the backhoe.
