Mass excavation begins on Bills stadium

Crews began mass excavation for a new Buffalo Bills stadium in Orchard Park, New York, by conducting a test blast at the site. The earthmoving will expose the bedrock, according to a local news report, after which the blasting will break up the rock to allow the excavation to continue.

Polka also explains that the Bills organization has been communicating with nearby residents to keep them informed on the process and timeline. As part of the process, photographs of property were taken in case of damage from the blasting process.
