Case and Tidewater Equipment supported Team Rubicon in a service project and equipment training exercise at Camp Martha Johnson, a Girl Scouts camp in Lizella, Georgia. The training provided Team Rubicon operators and volunteers with stick time, and resulted in the demolition and removal of four obsolete structures on the site.
The equipment used included a Case CX130D excavator and TR270 compact track loader. According to a press release, Team Rubicon credits Tidewater Equipment for excellent local service and support that helped complete the work.
“As a non-profit organization, these property improvements would not have been possible without the work of Team Rubicon and the generous equipment donations from Tidewater and CASE,” Ronald Holliday, property director, Camp Martha Johnson, said in a press release. “This work has improved access and safety at the camp, and will improve the experience of thousands of campers here for years to come.”
