Komatsu PC240LC, PC360LC, PC490LC Dash 10 Excavators

Komatsu introduced three new Dash 10 excavators: PC240LC-10, PC360LC-10, and PC490LC-10. Each has Tier 4-Interim engines with 177, 257, and 359 horsepower, respectively. The PC240LC-10 weighs 55,000 pounds; PC360LC-10, 79,000 pounds; and the PC490LC-10, 108,000 pounds. Hydraulic systems have all-new componentry, including engine, pumps, motors and valves. The integrated design uses a closed center load sensing hydraulic system that matches engine speed to pump output for both light- and heavy-duty applications. Cabs have been mounted on viscous damper mounts for reduced vibration, and high-back, adjustable seat uses air suspension. Circle xxx on the reader service card
