The 170 and 190 Series rear axles are now offered on the redesigned Kenworth T300 and heavier Class 8 models for on-road hauling and on/off-road vocational duties. Tandems with capacities of 40,000 to 52,000 pounds and single axles with ratings of 21,000 to 26,000 pounds are included in the series. A broad range of ratios covers many vocational uses, and driver-controlled locking axle differentials are optional.
