Cumberland International Trucks Acquires Maudlin International

Cumberland International Trucks of Nashville, Tennessee, has acquired Maudlin International Trucks of Florida.

The acquisition brings a with it employees and six additional locations that serve Central and Northeast Florida.

Maudlin International is a full-service International dealer that has been in operation for over 23 years with father/son team John and Mike Maudlin at the helm. “Cumberland Companies, under Terry Minor’s leadership, best fit the culture and passion for growth to see this business grow into the future,” says John Maudlin.

Cumberland Companies will now serve the southeast with a total of 10 locations in Tennessee and Florida. The Florida branches are in Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, Orlando North, Orlando South, Palm Bay, and Ocala. Tennessee branches serve Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Lebanon, with a corporate office facility in Nashville. The Cumberland family says it is excited to welcome Maudlin’s 200+ employees and looks forward to this new chapter.
