Case Construction Equipment’s new 586G Series 3 and 588G Series 3 rough-terrain forklifts sport a 4.5-liter turbocharged engine that delivers 80 net horsepower, a 10 percent increase over previous models. Equipped with Tier III-certified Case Family engines, the 586G Series 3 has a lift capacity of 6,000 pounds and an operating weight of 14,337 pounds. The stronger 588G Series 3 can lift up to 8,000 pounds and has an operating weight of 16,684 pounds. Both the 586G and 588G have zero tail swing, a maximum width of 88 inches, and a 55-degree axle turn angle for a narrow turning radius. They have a low-profile design that improves overall stability.
