Bobcat T62, S62 Loaders

October 28, 2020
Bobcat R2 Series S63 skid steer loader.

Two loaders have been added to the R Series: T62 Bobcat compact track loader and S62 Bobcat skid steer loader. Rated operating capacities (ROC) are 2,150 and 2,100 pounds, respectively. Both are powered by 68-horsepower Bobcat diesel engines. The new inline engine design is paired with a direct-drive system.

The Bobcat R-Series cooling system is completely redesigned, including a larger, higher-capacity radiator; fan size that has increased by approximately 50 percent; and a tailgate with heavy-duty steel louvers allowing for optimal airflow while still providing defense against job site debris.

R-Series loaders have stronger cast-steel lift arm sections, stronger in key areas, yet offering a slimmer profile for increased visibility.

The new one-piece, sealed and pressurized cab has a roomier design and repels dust and dirt in the cab, isolates the operator from engine and hydraulic noise, and enhances the efficiency of heating and air conditioning. The entire cab lifts out of the way to provide improved service access.

A new cast-steel Bob-Tach attachment mounting system provides a stronger connection point.
