Bob has been selling heavy equipment for 15 years, first for a Komatsu dealership and the past two with James River, a Deere dealer.
“Whether you buy a machine from Bob, or from another local dealer, Bob makes sure his customers are well taken care of and supports them 100 percent,” says Kristin Kondakor, Under 40 Class of 2018. “His personality, and genuine care for customers, shows outstanding integrity.”
Education: Associate’s degree, computer science. Dozens of product-specific training sessions and annual online training to maintain factory certification.
Professional accomplishments: He has sold more than 145 GPS-integrated dozers and excavators. He grew dealer market share from 2 percent to 25 percent, and was named salesman of the year six times.
Fun fact: I love to entertain with comedy. I also play guitar, sing, and write songs.
Extracurricular: We contribute to American Heart Association, VFW, Wounded Warrior Project, and MADD. We have multiple veterans in our family including my daughter.
