Austin Commercial is the general contractor for Saint Ann Court in Uptown Dallas, the newest Class AA luxury high rise office project of Harwood International. Designed by Perkins + Will Seattle, BOKA Powell and Los Angeles-based Shimoda Design Group, the 320,000-square-foot, 26-story Saint Ann Court will be completed in spring 2009.
This is the sixth out of 17 phases planned by Harwood International. Now a 17-city-block district, Harwood, Dallas will continue to grow to include over 7 million square feet of condominium, office, retail, and residential development.
Special features for tenants and visitors will include the Saint Ann Court Café and Restaurant by Marie-Gabrielle, Barbier-Mueller Museum, water features and gardens such as the Rockefeller Sky Garden over the 11-story parking garage, and a private fitness center with Technogym equipment overlooking the Saint Ann Court garden.
