A-1 Chipseal Acquires Rocky Mountain Pavement

Broomfield, CO— A-1 Chipseal has acquired the assets of Rocky Mountain Pavement, Denver. Financial terms weren't disclosed.

A-1 Chipseal is a 13-year-old Broomfield-based construction company that specializes in chip seal, a pavement treatment that combines asphalt and aggregate.

Rocky Mountain Pavement is a 15-year-old Denver-based asphalt preventive maintenance company.

A-1 Chipseal is a 13-year-old Broomfield-based construction company that specializes in chip seal, a pavement treatment that combines asphalt and aggregate.

Rocky Mountain Pavement is a 15-year-old Denver-based asphalt preventive maintenance company.

All of Rocky Mountain Pavement's operations and processes will combine with A-1 Chipseal. The combined company will operate from Rocky Mountain Pavement's current location at 2001 W. 64th Lane in Denver.
