Wacker CRT-48-31V-ES

Sept. 28, 2010
Billed as the first concrete trowel with electronic steering, the CRT-48-31V-ES offers an alternative to the traditional mechanical or hydrostatic steering. Operators control the trowel with two joysticks similar to those found on skid-steer loaders. The joysticks require only the slightest touch, providing ease of operation. The trowel weighs less than hydrostatic units, which allows operators to get it on a slab fast and use it on elevated deck pours. Thanks to a mechanical transmission, rotors are timed in an overlapping position for seamless finishing.
