Boasting more power with the lowest hand-arm vibration (HAV) in its class, Wacker’s EH 27 Low Vib electric breaker features a leaf spring dampening system that is the basis for the reduction of HAV to 5.5 m/s2 — a 28-percent reduction from previous models. According to Wacker, the EH 27 Low Vib is the only machine in the industry that dampens vibrations in the entire upper housing, including the handles, which protects the user’s body from vibrations. Weighing just 60 pounds, the unit hits with 37 ft.-lbs. of impact energy at a rate of 1,000 blows per minute. An additional third handle is available for using it at different angles, and it provides greater operator control. Heavy-duty plastic housing keeps the machine weight down and prevents the tool from getting hot during operation.
