Vogele Super 1300-3i Asphalt Paver

The basic width of the Super 1300-3i asphalt paver is 6 feet 1 inch with hopper wings folded. It paves from 2 feet 6 inches up to 13 feet 9 inches, and has a 20,000-pound hopper. It is Tier 4-Interim compliant, with a Deutz diesel. Maximum laydown rate is 390 tons per hour. With AutoSet Basic, the operator presses the “execute” button to hydraulically raise the augers, the hopper apron, and the deflectors in front of the crawler tracks to the uppermost positions. The screed is brought into its transport position, and the conveyors are temporarily reversed, preventing material falling to the ground when the paver moves. Pressing the “execute” button again returns all systems to the previously stored working position. The paver comes with an AB 340 V heated extending screed. The screed extends from 5 feet 11 inches to 11 feet 2 inches, with bolt-on extensions reaching to the maximum width of 13 ft. 9 in.
