Vermeer T555 Commander II

Sept. 28, 2010

The T555 Commander II with rockwheel attachment is powered by a 185-hp Tier 2 engine. Its microprocessor-based electronic control system gives the operator use of separate, stand-alone components, while keeping operation easy with fewer controls, the company says. Also, TEC 2000 measures full-range ground speed and monitors operating conditions. The rockwheel attachment allows the machine to reach cutting depths of 36 inches and widths from 4.75 to 6 inches. Tip speeds vary up to 1,050 fpm.
