Taylor has been with T&M Equipment for 12 years, working on projects ranging from $5 million to $960 million. She manages all facets, including budget, schedule, and safety. By using GPS on projects that normally would have been completely by hand, she has saved the business time and money.
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Bay Path University.
Accomplishments: Successfully managed the MGM Springfield Casino project in Springfield, Massachusetts, which was the largest project for our company. Managed the Integrated Design Building at UMass Amherst, which is currently the most technologically advanced mass timber building in the country.
Favorite movie: “A League of Their Own,” which showcases women unapologetically doing things that they weren’t allowed to do.
Off the clock: As a theme-park fanatic, I hope to visit every large theme park in the world.
Extracurricular: Support and volunteer for the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
